Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad: The Pakistani nation is celebrating the 74th Independence Day with enthusiasm today. At midnight, fireworks and firing started in different cities, and the youth began holding rallies and throwing bhangras.
According to Newsmag, on the occasion of Independence Day, green crescent flags are seen everywhere, buildings, streets and houses have been decorated with electric lamps, flags and pennants. Children and adults all look painted in the same colour.
Fireworks started in different cities at midnight and reports of firing have also been received. As soon as the Independence Day celebrations began, a large number of young people took to the streets across the country, chanting “Long live Pakistan” and dancing in the streets.

A spectacular fireworks display was held at Minar Pakistan in Lahore which was already attended by a large number of people with their families. Manchals danced to the beat of drums and threw bhangras.
Fireworks were set off at various places in Karachi, and national anthems were played. Events were held in the city; young people turned to Sea View while stopping and dancing.
A spectacular fireworks display was held at North Nazimabad Five Star Chowrangi. Federal Minister Ali Zaidi and leaders of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement were also present on occasion.
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement organized the fireworks. Thousands of people were present at the five-star intersection.
Fireworks were set off at various places in Hyderabad, and people chanted slogans in favour of the country and the nation.
